Six Sensory Detail

Starters

In addition to the five senses, add a sixth — body sensation (kinesthetics): pressure, temperature, movement, balance.

Write about a situation using six senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, touch + body sensation.

Most lyricists only use sight and sound. Adding more senses makes the text unique and immersive.

Touch: 'cold floor.' Body: 'weight of the blanket.' Smell: 'coffee from next door.'
